Installation instructions
Before using the fertilizer application equipment, check whether the valves of the water inlet, fertilizer inlet, and water outlet of the fertilizer machine are open, and make sure that the connecting valves are open
Check whether the valves between the water pump and the final filter are all open
Check whether the live connection is locked and whether the flange connection is fastened with screws to ensure that they are all in a good connection state.
After the above first inspection system is checked, the pressure is adjusted by frequency conversion, and the pressure is adjusted according to the actual use. After the pressure is adjusted to the use pressure, the frequency converter is started. The frequency converter is used to control the opening and closing of the pipeline pump and the pressure adjustment. See the pipeline pressure gauge After the pressure comes up, it is proved that the pipeline pump is operating and the pipeline is filled with water. Wait for the value displayed on the pressure gauge to reach the set value and stabilize, indicating that the pipeline pump and the inverter are operating normally.
After the pipeline pump is running normally, turn on the fertilizer injection pump and the fertilizer valve of the fertilizer machine to absorb fertilizer (note: ensure that the water and fertilizer machine inlet and the main pipeline connection method and the outlet connection method are open), if it appears during the first use First check if the fertilizer is not absorbed—whether the motor of the fertilizer injection pump is reversed, and if it is reversed, it needs to be adjusted; under normal circumstances, check whether the diaphragm valve and ball valve between the fertilizer inlet and the fertilizer bucket connection are open; everything else is normal In this case, the exhaust port needs to be opened for drainage and exhaust, and there are three main situations that cause no fertilizer absorption.
After the water and fertilizer machine works normally, open the regional solenoid valve for irrigation according to the actual situation on site
Filter Equipment
There are two types of filtering equipment: automatic filtering and manual filtering;
Automatic filtering equipment: Automatic backwashing and automatic sand filter have been set up. Under the condition of ensuring the normal flow of water, the filtering equipment will automatically filter the equipment according to the information feedback from the sensor, so that the filtering equipment is in a good operating state. When the irrigation is stopped, no human intervention is required. When it is not working, the controller is in a dormant state.
Manual filtration equipment: The disc filter and sand filter should be cleaned irregularly according to the water quality. When the pressure difference between the two filters is about 2KPA, the manual equipment should be reversed according to the filter equipment manual. rinse. If backflushing is not carried out, the normal operation of the entire irrigation system will be affected. Ensure that the water inlet and outlet are open before every irrigation
Fertilization completed
After the irrigation and fertilizer applicator is completed, clean the pipeline. At this time, close the fertilizer suction valve, and let the fertilizer injection pump and the pipeline pump clean the pipeline of the water and fertilizer machine and the field pipeline. The cleaning time is about 5 minutes (depending on the area of the plot). The cleaning is completed Then, the water and fertilizer machine and the pipeline pump are closed. Power off the pump room after the final completion

Equipment Operation Process
Step 1: turn on the main power switch of the first system of the pump room, pay attention to the safety of electricity
Step 2: Turn on the power switch in the fertilization box, the power indicator will light up after power on, and the display will light up, indicating that the power supply is connected normally, enter the following figure
Step 3: Manual setting operation: Click the "Manual Setting" button at the bottom left corner of the screen

As shown in the figure above: turn on the corresponding solenoid valve (green light is on, red light is off) and fertilizer pump, water pump, and mixing pump control switches according to the irrigation needs. The control method is "manual", and you need to pay attention to it. Before the water pump and fertilizer pump, confirm that the solenoid valve of the irrigation area is in the open state
Step 4: automatic control, click the "automatic setting" button to enter the automatic setting interface. As shown below:
Choose the opening time of the water pump and fertilizer pump according to the irrigation requirements. Two points need to be paid attention to here. One point is the interval time set in the above figure. This time refers to the interval between the first irrigation and the next need to irrigate, for example, the first irrigation time. I want to wait 3 days after the end of one irrigation to start the second irrigation. The interval is set to 72 hours. The second point is the water pump and fertilizer pump. Rotate irrigation according to the set time during this time period between X points, and the water pump and fertilizer pump are not working at the time outside this time period.The valve No. 1 to No. 20 shown in the figure below refers to the working time of each solenoid valve, corresponding to the irrigation time of each irrigation area, and how long it takes to irrigate can be set by itself. The maximum time setting value is 9999 minutes. How many solenoid valves to set how many solenoid valves, if there is no solenoid valve access, set it to 0, after setting the time, click the "save" button in the lower right corner
Then click the "Manual Settings" button to enter the picture below, click the "Manual and Automatic Switching Button" on the upper right, and select the automatic state
Then go back to the homepage, click the round button to turn green, the device will automatically turn on according to the set time
Then click the "Real-time Monitoring" button in the lower left corner to enter the monitoring page, this page is the working status display interface, and the settings are not available, and the green shows that the device is working
Step 5: The three red diaphragm valves on the back of the fertilizer applicator can adjust the fertilizer absorption flow rate of the fertilizer applicator. Rotate counterclockwise to increase the flow rate, and rotate clockwise to decrease the flow rate.
Step 6: The fertilizer applicator is generally used in soilless cultivation and has a high usage rate. It can be energized for a long time. For example, the field irrigation cycle is long, and the power supply can be turned off after the irrigation is completed, and it will be turned on during the next irrigation.
Daily maintenance
In order for the fertilizer applicator to work normally, daily maintenance is necessary. Please adjust and maintain the fertilizer applicator regularly according to the following methods
When starting to use, check the working condition of each component according to the manual, tighten the loose screws regularly, and check the air bleed valve of the water pump frequently for the presence of air; this item can be checked in about a month after normal operation once
Regularly check and test the water quality. If it does not meet the requirements, find out the reason and solve it as soon as possible
The manual filter of the fertilizer injection system should be cleaned frequently. The cycle should be determined by the water quality. Generally, it is advisable to clean it once a week
The filter of the fertilizer storage tank should also be inspected and cleaned regularly to prevent clogging and clogging of fertilizer circulation.
The fertilizer injector needs to be cleaned every three months (see below for specific steps and methods)
Keep the surface of the fertilizer applicator clean at all times. When wiping the panel, use soft materials for wiping.
Main pump maintenance
This fertilizer applicator all adopts high-quality water pumps. Please read the manual of the water pump that comes with the machine in detail. In addition, pay attention to the following points
Preparation before starting: test whether the motor rotation is correct, the test time should be short, so as not to wear the mechanical seal ring, open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump with liquid, and close the exhaust valve when it is full
Pump maintenance: The inlet pipe must be filled with liquid, and it is forbidden to run the pump for a long time under steam energy. After the pump has been running for a long time, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, the vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. It is recommended that the system should be inspected after one year of continuous operation; the mechanical seal and lubrication should be clean. For solid particles, mechanical seals are strictly prohibited to work under dry grinding conditions; the leakage of the seal ring should be within 3 drops/min, otherwise it should be checked.
